This was supposed to be a post about the band Real Estate, but as soon as I got started I realized that the man behind Real Estate, Ducktails, and Predator Vision, deserves to be recognized in a much more general and all-inclusive sense. All three of his current projects warrant your attention this summer. Go sit by a pool, grill some veggies and mel the fuck out (btw, mel is short for mellow, y'all)!
