Judging from the first track, Black Mountain front-man Steve McBean is getting all Jesus & Mary Chain on Outside Love, the new album for his side-project, Pink Mountaintops. McBean also apparently enlisted half of the indie-rock world to flesh out the album. It features members of A Silver Mt. Zion, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Destroyer, sunnO))), Jesse Sykes and the Sweet Hereafter, Whiskeytown, Jackie O Motherfucker, Bonnie Prince Billy, Lightning Dust, and Superconductor. That's almost as ridiculous as the line-up for USA for Affluence, yo!
