Destroyer, Reissued and Remastered
Streethawk: A Seduction is possibly my favorite Destroyer album. It's getting the whole reissue & remastering treatment from Merge on the 20th so you should go listen to as much of it as possible so you can decide if you want to pre-order it or not. To help you decide, Merge is offering a full-album stream at their store.
The Streethawk reissue is available on CD & LP, but Merge is also remastering the two albums preceding it, City of Daughters and Thief, on CD as well. Those albums have already been reissued as a double LP. If you don't already have that, get it.
This might be hard to believe coming from the label that wants your money, but Merge says that "EVERY. LAST. INCH. of Streethawk is a true classic." If they hadn't already said that, I would have.
