Another track from The Dutchess & The Duke's new release, out now on Hardly Art, Sunset/Sunrise. I honestly can't say enough about how much I love this album. It's definitely a step forward from their debut album, She's The Dutchess, He's The Duke, which was pretty much a straight-up early-Stones album.
Sunset/Sunrise finds the band reaching a little further with their sound and songwriting, adding subtle strings and throwing in quite a few spaghetti-western riffs to compliment the cleaned-up production work. "Living This Life" might be the one song on the new album most akin to their debut, but hey, there are strings!
